This policy explains how MyVeoHire.ch handles your personal data. The data controller is Ruslan Valiyev, Allée de la Petite-Prairie 24, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland — hello@myveohire.ch.
What we collect
When you submit the booking form, we collect the details you enter: your name and email, and, if you provide them, your phone number, club or team, requested dates, match location and message. To limit spam, we also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.
Why we use it
We use this data only to respond to and manage your rental enquiry and booking, and to prevent abuse of the form. The legal basis is taking steps to enter into and perform a rental agreement with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam.
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is stored in a database hosted on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Submitting the form also sends two emails through Amazon SES: a notification to us and a confirmation to you. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your booking and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records and accounting. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use, by writing to hello@myveohire.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may update this policy; the current version and its date are always shown on this page.
