Terms and conditions
Last updated 8 June 2026
These terms govern the rental of a Veo Cam 3 and accessories from MyVeoHire.ch, operated by Ruslan Valiyev ("we", "us"), to you (the "renter").
1. Booking
Bookings are made by enquiry, through the website form or WhatsApp, and are confirmed by our reply. A booking is only firm once we have confirmed availability in writing. There is no instant or online booking.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website in Swiss francs (CHF): Single Match CHF 80, Weekend CHF 140, Week CHF 280. Payment is made in full at pickup by TWINT or cash. We do not take card or online payments.
3. Deposit
A refundable deposit of CHF 500 is collected at pickup. It is returned at the return appointment, by TWINT or in cash depending on how it was paid, once the kit has been returned on time, checked and in good condition. Minor damage or a late return may be deducted from the deposit; we confirm any deduction with you first.
4. What you receive
The rental includes a Veo Cam 3, a tripod, and access to a Veo workspace in your team's name for the rental period. The Veo software subscription and its features are provided by Veo Technologies under their own terms.
5. Use of the kit
You agree to use the kit lawfully and in line with Veo's terms of service. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to film, including from players, the parents or guardians of minors, and the venue. You return the kit in the same condition, normal wear excepted.
6. Responsibility for loss or damage
The kit is not separately insured. You are responsible for loss, theft or damage to the kit from pickup until return, and are liable for the repair or replacement cost beyond the deposit. We recommend checking whether your club or household insurance covers rented equipment.
7. Pickup and return
Pickup and return take place in Nyon by appointment. We do not deliver. If the kit is returned late, additional rental days and a deposit deduction may apply.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking before pickup at no charge by letting us know as early as possible. If you do not collect the kit at the agreed time without notice, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
9. Our liability
We provide the kit in working order and described in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example, footage not captured due to user error, weather, or third-party software), and our total liability is limited to the rental fee paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.
10. Your data
We handle the personal data you provide as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Nyon, Canton of Vaud, subject to any mandatory legal venue.
